“Leave my son alone, he’s not in his right senses”- 2Baba’s mother begs Natasha to avoid her son

The mother of Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia popularly known as 2Baba has stirred up emotions after being spotted appealing publicly to Natasha Osawaru, an Edo State lawmaker, to leave her son alone, citing concerns over his well-being.

Recall that Celebritynote broke the news of the music star proposal to Natasha on Thursday where the lawmaker said yes to the Afrobeats songwriter.

The singer’s mother’s statement comes amid growing public controversy surrounding the relationship between 2Baba and Osawaru.

The situation came forth after 2Baba, who is married to Annie Idibia, found himself embroiled in controversies involving his interactions with the Edo lawmaker.

 

The drama escalated when 2Baba’s mother felt compelled to speak out, clearly distressed by the ongoing media storm surrounding her son.

In the video, 2Baba’s mother addressed the issue head-on, urging Osawaru to leave her son alone for the sake of his mental and emotional health. 

He’s not in his right senses; leave my son alone,” she said, revealing that the stress and distractions brought about by these interactions were taking a toll on her son.

This emotional plea from the singer’s mother has added more discussions to the ongoing drama.

The video quickly draws attention of the public with many questioning the mental health of the “African Queen” crooner while others stood in his defense stating that he should be allowed to live his life according to his desires.
