Deeone Confesses to Orchestrating Podcast Scandal, Claims Nedu Was Naive ‘Bait’
In a startling admission, controversial reality TV star Deeone revealed that he orchestrated his appearance on the *Honest Bunch* podcast as part of a planned plot to expose social media critic Verydarkman (VDM).

In an interview with TVC’s *TV Breakfast Show*, Deeone said that he meticulously planned the move without popular media personality Nedu’s knowledge, which ultimately resulted in his contentious departure from the program.
He claimed that he had been examining VDM’s behaviour for months and was trying to ascertain whether the online critic was actually speaking up for the people or trying to manipulate Nigerians.
The reality star also acknowledged that he purposefully denied Nedu knowledge of his plans because he believed the media personality would have objected because of his friendship with VDM.
“Even Nedu will be shocked because if I had told him, he wouldn’t have agreed to it. That’s why I felt bad and appealed to people not to let him lose his job. I used Nedu as the bait to get the fish, and it worked perfectly,” he added.
Since then, the confession has generated responses on social media, with many people raising concerns about Deeone’s moral character and the consequences for those impacted by his plot.
