”Any w@r against China cannot be won” – China warns US
Amid the tariff saga with the United States and other countries like Canada and Mexico, China has warned the United States against engaging in any kind of w@r, stating that such conflicts “cannot be won.”

The statement was issued by the Chinese Embassy in the US through their X (Twitter) account on Thursday, March 6th, 2025, cautioning America against viewing China with “an outdated Cold W@r mentality.”
The post read, “The US needs to realize that China is not a mirror image of the hegemonic US.
The US should stop viewing China-US relations with an outdated Cold W@r mentality.
The US must no longer seek to contain or go after China in the name of strategic competition.
Whatever kind of w@r it is, whether a tariff w@r, a trade w@r, a cold w@r, or a hot w@r, they should not be fought and cannot be won.”
The warning comes in response to remarks made by US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, who claimed that the United States is prepared to go to w@r with China.
Hegseth made the statement during an appearance on Fox & Friends on Wednesday morning, 5th March 2025.
The Pentagon chief was responding to a question regarding a previous post on X by the Chinese Embassy in the US.
Alot of people reacted to the post and warned the US president, Donald Trump not to joke with China because China always wins.
