Reno Omokri claps at Nasir El-Rufai: “You’re a blabber”
In a recent tweet on X, Reno Omokri made taunt of the the former governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai posting a collage of pictures of El-Rufai’s public show of loyalty to different presidents of Nigeria successively.

In the tweet, he recounted how he had always won El-Rufai in court even as a sitting governor, which according to Reno is a work over if they go to the court again.
To further consolidate his bashing, he cited former president Olusegun Obasanjo’s comment on El-Rufai in his book “My Watch” Volume 2, where while talking about El-Rufai is believed to have said ““My vivid recollection of him is penchant for lying, for unfair embellishment of stories and his inability to sustain loyalty for long.
I have heard of how he ruthlessly savaged the reputation of his uncle, a man who was like, in the African setting, his foster father. I shuddered when I heard the story of what he did to his half-brother in the Air Force, who is senior to him in age.”
Reno in his tweet align his position with that of OBJ about the personality of Nasir El-Rufai.
Expectedly, netizens reacted to the tweet,
“Throwing old quotes and personal jabs doesn’t change the facts: El-Rufai has consistently proven himself as a reformer and a man of vision. Political victories come and go, but his legacy in governance, especially in Kaduna, speaks louder than any accusations.”
