‘My name is Regina Daniels’ – Actress drops ‘Nwoko’ amid separation rumours

Popular Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has sparked fresh speculations surrounding her marriage to billionaire politician Senator Ned Nwoko.

In a recent video posted on Instagram, Regina introduced herself simply as “Regina Daniels,” leaving out her husband’s surname, a move that has sent waves of speculation across social media about the couple’s relationship status.

The actress’ decision to use her maiden name in the video has raised discussion, particularly as it comes amidst rumors about a potential marital crisis between her and her husband. 

In the video posted on Instagram, Regina warmly greeted her followers, saying, “My people, I greet you all. My name is Regina Daniels. I’m from Anioma,” proudly showing her roots and cultural heritage. 

While fans celebrated her for showing her origin, many couldn’t help but notice the omission of “Nwoko” from her introduction. 

This subtle change in her name has fueled the separation rumors that have been circulating online for some time now.

The rumors gained further attention when the actress recently removed any traces of her husband’s name and pictures from her Instagram page.

Prior to this, both Regina and Ned Nwoko had frequently shared moments from their lives, including family photos, trips, and milestones. 

The deletion of these posts has led fans and media outlets to question whether their marriage is facing challenges.
