“I respect Muslims More than Christians” – Samklef makes a controversial comparison

Samklef Noni, a singer and music producer who is known for his continuous posting about Celebrity lifestyles and media personality gists has come up with a controversial post on religions in Nigeria.

Issue of religion is a delicate discourse in Nigeria as Nigeria is a home of multi-religious adherents with Islam and Muslim most likely dominating in most regions.

Understanding this, the media personality, Samklef used his X handle to post,

“The reason I respect Muslims in Nigeria more than Christians is simple: a Muslim can worship in any mosque because they see themselves as one. But the so-called Christians will never do that! And they claim to worship Jesus!”

To further consolidate his position, he continued,

“For example, a Redeemer won’t worship at a Celestial Church. They don’t even practice what they preach. Which is love your neighbor as yourself. In fact, even within Redeemed, one member can’t easily worship at another parish. They have names for it—local parishes are labeled “classical,” while the more affluent ones are called “model parish! I was once a member.”

He seemed to be certain on his conviction about the seeming “division and non-acceptance” in Christian religion since he once identified as a member of Redeemed Christian Church of God.

He concluded by making public, his preparedness to expand his conviction on the subject, “There’s so much to unpack on this issue, but for now, I’m just warming up!.”
