Bamidele mostly applies for driving jobs in government offices; the moment he is employed and a vehicle is assigned to him, he zooms off with the vehicle.

The cars are being sold out in other states; he claims they are a six-man gang where he (Bamidele) is the head of the gang.

One interesting part of the story is the ridiculous amount they sell some of the cars.

He and his gang sold a Toyota Hiace bus for eight hundred thousand naira (N800,000) and a Lexus jeep for one million naira only (N1,000,000).

So far, Bamidele has sold six different vehicles before he was tracked down and apprehended in Abuja by the FCT police command.

The Nigerian police officer, Josephine Edeh, advises Nigerians to scrutinise and do a background check as well as profiling anyone with the police before employing them as domestic staff.

The case has stirred several reactions from Nigerians, as they commend the FCT police command.
