Controversy erupts as Zambian man vows to divorce wife after Chris Brown kisses her cheek

A 42-year-old man in Lusaka, Zambia, has filed for divorce from his wife after a photo of her with American R&B superstar Chris Brown went viral on social media platforms.

The image, taken during a meet-and-greet session at Chris Brown’s concert in South Africa, shows the singer kissing the woman’s cheek.

The husband claims this act was disrespectful and has caused irreparable damage to their marriage. In court documents, the husband described the photo as “demeaning” and a violation of marital trust.

He argued that his wife’s actions embarrassed him publicly and caused emotional distress. According to him, a married woman should not engage in behavior he deems inappropriate, even in the context of celebrity events.

However, a report emerged that the 34-year-old wife has defended the photo as a harmless fan and celebrity interaction. She claims the kiss was nonromantic and part of the concert experience, adding that her husband is overreacting and using the incident as a staple point for deeper marital issues.
