According to eyewitnesses, the two were invited by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Force Intelligence Department (FID), Abuja, on allegations of cyberbullying, cr@minal defamation, and injurious falsehood against Pastor Paul Enenche.

Despite attending the meeting on January 7, 2025, their whereabouts remain unknown, raising questions about their safety and the circumstances that may warrant their detention.

The controversy started from public accusations made by Abraham Daniel, who alleged that Pastor Paul Enenche reneged on a gentleman’s agreement between them.

The allegations led to the issuance of an invitation letter dated January 3, 2025, requiring both Alexander Enenche and Daniel to appear at the Force Intelligence Department in Abuja.

Accompanied by Barrister Ernest Okpaga of S.M. Oyeghe Legal, they reportedly arrived at the FID headquarters at 1:00 pm on January 7.

However, since then, their families and legal representatives have been unable to contact them, fueling concerns that they may have been detained. A family source expressed deep worry about their unexplained disappearance.

All attempts to contact them have so far proved abortive. They have neither answered nor returned any calls, suggesting they may have been detained,” he said.

The invitation letter obtained by Celebritynote shows the police’s intentions as to seek clarification on allegations of cyberbullying and defamation.
