In a detailed video shared on his Instagram page, he explained his reasons, delving into the political strategy he associates with the Tinubu dynasty and its potential impact on Nigerian governance.
Although VeryDarkMan acknowledges that Seyi Tinubu has not yet formally expressed interest, he thinks the conversations surrounding Seyi’s candidacy are a part of a bigger plan to see how the public responds.
He emphasized the strategic positioning of devoted supporters in advance of elections, drawing comparisons to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s campaign strategy.
“I’ll campaign for Seyi Tinubu 100%,” he declared, attributing his support to the potential for a shift in power dynamics.
According to him, Seyi embodies his father’s “grandmaster” political tactics and could act as a bridge to introduce younger, more dynamic leaders into Nigeria’s political system.
VeryDarkMan highlighted Lagos State’s substantial economic impact, saying that if Seyi became governor, he might harness the state’s wealth to strategically deploy youthful leaders around the country, therefore eventually ousting the older political class.
