An X user with the handle, @AjeboDanny shares an unpopular opinion on his X account.
He said that grades are overrated, and that was why despite being smart, he never bothered himself to be at the top of his class.

I figured this out on time so I never bothered about being top in my class even though I was smart enough to be.”
He said he never bothered putting extra efforts and just needed to pass to move to the next level.
“Never went to night class, did group reading or any extra work to top my CGPA. I just needed to pass, enough to make me scale to the next level”
He considered CGPA as not the accurate or reliable way to measure knowledge or intelligence.
“CGPA is not an accurate or reliable measure of knowledge, they only measure how much you can pen down on a sheet of paper. So if you figure out a way to sneak in answers, copy someone else, sleep with/bribe the lecturer or cram the answers you’d pass regardless. How does that prove you know anything?”

He suggests that people should focus on winning in the real world, and not just in school.
“In the real world you can’t cram or sneak in answers. Focus more on how to win in the real world not at your grades.”
