”Who is Nyesom Wike” – Asari Dokubo vents out
Nigerian politician Asari Dokubo vents about the recent happenings in River State. Asari was seen in a video blasting the Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike. There has been a serious power tussle between the Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, and the Former Governor, Nyesom Wike (now FCT minister).

Recall that a group of Ijaw women staged a protest in Asari Toru Local Government Area (LGA) of Rivers State, blocking a major road on Saturday, March 15th, 2025, to prevent Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), from attending an event organized in his honour.
The demonstration comes amid an ongoing power struggle between Fubara and Wike over political control in the state.
It was alleged that tear gas and g*nshots were shot at the protesters, Asari Dokubo in annoyance said, ”Even that drunk@rd Wike knows, if we come, will you come Wike? You are sh00ting tear gas at unarm3d women because you wanted to lure me, was it the job of the police to sh00t unarm3d protesters? Where in any civilized society is that done? You want to tear Ijaw people.”
Asari continued to lament ”who is Nyesom Wike? Who is he! what has he done before other than st3aling money, where has he worked? Who is his father? What is his pedigree? Who is his father, and grandfather from generation to generation, who knows them?”
Asari said that If anyone has benefited from this c0rrupt government, then it is Nyesome Wike.
He urged the Ijaw people to come out in their numbers and voice, to f!ght against the injustice done to them.
