Media Influencer Tundeednut reacts to Dele Farotimi’s arrest amidst Yahaya Bello’s case
Following the arrest of Dele Farotimi by the Nigerian Police Force, popular media influencer Tundeednut took to his Instagram account to create a poll to see what people (Nigerians) think about Dele Farotimi’s arrest.
Over 89% of people classify the arrest as unfair, and 11% of people think it is fair enough for the Nigerian Police Force to have arrested Dele Farotimi.
In his IG post, Tundeednut referred to the case between the ex-governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, and the Economic Financial Crime Commission.
The media influencer considers the arrest of Barrister Dele Farotimi, a human rights activist, unnecessary, considering there are several serious cases for the government to handle.
“The people wey dey fight for the country dey in handcuffs, the ones wey allegedly tiff our money and ignored the law no dey in handcuffs,” said Tundeednut.

Former governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, was charged on Cr!minal breach of trust and money launder!ng of N110.4 billion. The case is yet to be finalized as the court fixes the arraignment for December 13, 2024.
Tundeednut’s reaction has gotten a lot of people reacting as well. In his post, it was seen that the lawyer Dele Farotimi was handcuffed and surrounded by armed policemen.
