‘‘The Tonto Dikeh Foundation @officialthetontodikehfoundation has launched its heartfelt annual initiative, “10,000 Smiles for Christmas,” with a mission to bring hope, love, and joy to the less privileged during the festive season.
This campaign embodies the true spirit of Christmas compassion, generosity, and the power of giving back to those who need it most.
This year’s outreach spans three impactful locations: two in Abuja, providing relief to 3,000 children and adults; one in Imo State, reaching 2,000 individuals; and another in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, uplifting 5,000 lives.
The program began on December 1st with a significant event at the Durumi IDP camp in Abuja, in partnership with The Outreach Foundation @suyaonthespotabuja and the @soniaogiri Foundation.
Together, they delivered meaningful support to the community. The Tonto Dikeh Foundation awarded a 3-year educational scholarships to 50 CHILDREN, empowering them to pursue brighter futures.
The Sonia Ogiri Foundation contributed N2 million in business startup funds to help women in the community build sustainable livelihoods. Meanwhile, The Outreach Foundation/Suya On The Spot, ensured the children were well-fed, making the celebration even more memorable.
Looking ahead, the Tonto Dikeh Foundation is strengthening its impact by collaborating with various organizations to address the community’s healthcare needs. This partnership will focus on improving maternal health through safe childbirth initiatives and midwife training programs, fostering a safer and healthier future for women and their families.”
