Teebillz apologizes to Toke Makinwa after tackling her for bashing Tuface
Music executive producer, Tunji Balogun aka Teebillz, has apologised to Toke Makinwa after he called her out on Instagram yesterday for taking sides in singer Tuface and Annie Idibia’s marriage crisis.

Recall that Toke had tackled Tuface after he took to social media to announce his separation and planned divorce from his wife of 12 years, Annie Idibia.
Reacting to Toke’s comment, Teebillz the estranged husband of popular singer Tiwa Savage via his Instagram page on Thursday, January 30th, 2025, asked the media personality to stay out of people’s marriages. He stated that having a child for a man is a different type of forgiveness and love that Toke has yet to attain.
According to Teebillz, Toke said some ‘’nonsense” about him sometime back when he had his marital crisis with singer Tiwa Savage.
In an interview with Daddy Freeze last night, Teebillz apologized. He argued that he was triggered by Toke’s outburst about being disappointed and ashamed of Tuface’s public declaration of their separation.
“I would like to publicly apologize to Toke. I think my message was misconstrued because, at the end of the day, we are all family. You see, this feminist thing is getting out of hand.
My question is, where was she all this while in Annie’s life? You see these reality shows [Young Famous and African], just want to prey on people’s flaws to make content.
Nobody holy pass. When I saw this thing, all I did was pray for this couple because, at the end of the day, who’s going to help who?”
Teebillz said the separation is a blessing for Annie and Tuface to fix themselves. Who knows whether they are coming back together tomorrow? ‘‘Who are we to choose sides?”
