“Being appreciated sure feels good” – Davido expresses himself after receiving $20k

Popular Nigerian musician David Adeleke, aka Davido, shares a heartwarming story about how a producer gifted him $20,000 to appreciate him.

According to Davido, the producer and songwriter joined his team to work on the “Timeless album.” A few days ago, the producer received his share from the album’s royalty.

Davido said he was surprised to see the producer show up at his house to personally gift him a token of $20,000 as appreciation following their project.

The producer’s action melted the Afrobeat singer Davido’s heart as he expressed himself on his Instagram story.

“A certain producer/writer I started working with from Timeless. Finally, he got his publishing check, came to my house, handed me 20 thousand dollars, and said, ‘Baba, I thank you.’ Happy to see there are still good people in this world! Being appreciated sure feels good! Love you, brother!” he wrote in an Instagram story.

The story has stirred reactions among fans as some showered praises on the producer for being appreciative.
