Reacting to the tweet, some residents of Port Harcourt have refuted the claim of full power restoration, as many parts of Port Harcourt are still in darkness and without light.

Here are some replies of Port Harcourt residents.

@JustContact_Me – “Nothing una want tell me, una dey use this national gird falling and restoration dey farm engagement on X. Ride on, guys.”

@ituajiv – “Why am I the only person not rating your guys. I mean what the fvck are these stories about.?
Fcckin bring light that I’m paying for, see head.”

@Campeones – “No mind them oo..full restoration bayi..@PHEDconnect who told you there’s full restoration of power..so Ozuoba is under Abuja abi Ikeja, because no light here since yesterday. Make una take time dey lie o.”

@Indomietable_01 – “Where’s the restoration abi na tasting una dey do?

Light that didn’t last up to 5 minutes you take it back, what do we call it?”

@snr_man001 – “@NationalGridNg , PHED is disconnecting light and confiscating prepaid meters, claiming they’re old. We were told meter replacement is free, yet no new meters are issued. Now we’re forced to pay estimated bills unfairly. Please intervene and resolve this issue urgently!”

@Dark_Margwa – “Why does the national grid collapse almost every month?

Can’t Federal Government or relevant authorities address this issue permanently?

It’s frustrating to see other nations, even those in war zone still maintain 24/7 power supply.

Why is it always Nigeria?

Niger Republic has 24/7″

@ElMannyEl – “@PHEDconnect your voltage CANNOT roast a mosquito..!!!  Even it doesn’t come the kind that sets items on fire,,it comes such as CANNOT compete with candle light..!!
Where did you study this from? plus,,what happens to areas that for a year now,,are in black out?”

@mandy_rachael – “This rubbish you people are doing, just ask yourselves if it’s fair.

I don’t know what you people go to do at work everyday if you can’t come up with a permanent solution to this embarrassing situation.

It’s to charge exorbitant fees and loot it that y’all are good at.. Mtchew.”
