Popular TikToker Peller has responded to those who suggest he should postpone marriage.
Peller, who recently got engaged to his girlfriend Jarvis, stated in a viral video on X that he is prepared to get married and age shouldn’t be a limitation.
Peller responded to those who questioned his decision by saying that this counsel is in line with the opinions of his detractors’ parents, who typically oppose young marriage due to financial concerns.
He stated, “Let me tell you something, for all of you saying, ‘He’s young; he’s getting married,’ the truth is, your father and mother lied to you about waiting until a certain age to get married. The reason behind this is poverty.
It’s poverty, I swear to Almighty God. They tell you to marry when you’re older, not realising that by then, you’ll have little money. No, it’s because of poverty.
