“Osho Baba, you failed us” – VDM slams Adams Oshionhole

The fearless and cerebral human rights activist, Martins Vincent Otse popularly known as Verydarkman has paused the reels again with a new viral video.

The video contains an edited snippet of a session with Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole on Arise News.

In the video snippet, Adams Oshiomhole called out retired military generals in the North and some other military personnels who fuel criminality through illegal mining in the North. According to Senator Adams, these military personnels arm youths with powerful w3ap0ns and send them out to defend the territory of the illegal mining. This defense is for the Chinese and other foreigners who they have employed to do the mining. In the end, they export these treasures and make huge millions and billions in US Dollar.

He concluded with efforts he had made in drawing the attention of the federal government to the “cr!m!n@lity” which included writing letter to former President, Mohammadu Buhari to that effect.

By way of replying to him, VDM slammed him, “Osho baba you failed us. You were in power yet you didn’t do anything about Niger Delta M!l!tæncy, illegal bunkering and vandalism that’s going on in the south-south, you didn’t do anything about it.”

“The bunkering business is done largely by some corrupt military personnel. Even if a military personnel is not corrupt, when they’re sent to Niger Delta region, they become corrupt because of the money they make from bunkering.”

“You’re not telling us anything new. We know all the truth. You were a governor, what did you use that power to do in your region to stop the cr!m!nal!ty? Nothing”

A netizen interjected sarcastically, “they actually know what they are doing, Nigeria is still a teenager, C0rruption will stop when the time comes.” This is a somewhat mimicry of the statement that ‘Nigeria’s democracy is young‘ and would be better when the country grows.

In contrast, another user suspected that VDM is paid to say some things on the media. Talking about Adams he stated, “He has changed for the better, he is talking about a way forward and u are trying to bring everything backward. While he concluded with a backlash on VDM, “sometimes u dey talk like say some people dey pay you.”
