Born on April 12, 1975, in Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria into a family of culture. He started his education at Central Primary School and later moved to Dennis Memorial Grammar School for his secondary education. He showed interest in political science and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukk, and graduated in 1998. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) on November 26, 2022.
Career
Obi Cubana’s business journey started in 2006 with the opening of Ibiza Club in Abuja to provide a nightlife experience in Nigeria’s capital.
