Nollywood Actor Afeez Owo Loses His Father
Nollywood actor, producer and director Afeez Owo is bereaved as his father Moshood Akanji Abiodun is gone. He shared the sad news on his Instagram page.
He wrote, “Sad….Rest in peace Baba mi!! EIN WO.Rest On Moshood Akanji ABIODUN.Eku Baba Afeez Sun Re oooo”… as a tribute to his late father.

Afeez Owo whose full name is Afeez Olayiwola Abiodun was born on April 12, 1974 in Iseyin, Oyo State, Nigeria. He is a household name in Yoruba segment of Nollywood, an actor, producer and director. His works has contributed greatly to the growth and popularity of Yoruba movies.
Apart from his professional career, Afeez is also known for his family connection in the industry. He is married to actress Mide Martins, daughter of late Funmi Martins. The couple are known for their Nollywood contributions and their on and off screen partnership.
