According to her, the man filed for a divorce because he claims the woman’s excessive nagging affects his health.

The court granted the divorce considering section 15 of the marriage act.

“I never thought that could stand on its own as a ground under Section 15, Subsection C of the Matrimonial Causes Act.”

“The respondent has behaved in such a way that the petitioner is not reasonably expected to continue living with the respondent.”

“The man filed for divorce because of constant nagging, which affected his health. The court confirmed that this could indeed constitute grounds for the marriage to be considered as having broken down,” she explained.
