“My son breaks the Television when ever he is angry” – Comedian Bovi
Nigerian actor and comedian Bovi Ugbomma, in “Honest Bunch podcast” with Nedu, advocating for gentle parenting, explained how his son always breaks the television whenever he is angry.

Bovi, in his words, kicked against parents who beat their children all in the name of training them; he used his parenting approach as an example.
He said, “I don’t advocate for beating children. You should let children be.
“My son Chuchu dey break television for the fun of it. If he vex, he will throw stuff and break the television.
“It got to the age where he got to, and I saw the remorse.
“He has broken three televisions. Thank God for capacity. If I couldn’t afford another TV, then the approach would have been different.”

His parenting skills have sparked many reactions from Nigerians, as they slammed him for encouraging kids who can’t be controlled.
Some slammed him for not cautioning his son after breaking the first television; they claim that is why the child keeps breaking things whenever he is angry.
