“Moving to Nigeria and it was the Best Decision of My Life” – TolaniBaj
Reality TV star and media personality Tolani Shobajo, who is popularly known as TolaniBaj, just opened up about her decision to move to Nigeria. She said it was one of the best choices she has ever made. The former Big Brother Naija housemate took to her X (formerly Twitter) to share how her impromptu move to Nigeria turned out to be a life-changing experience.

TolaniBaj who was born and raised in the US, made the bold move six years ago. At the time, she admitted she didn’t plan it extensively but looking back she believes it was worth the risk.
“Honestly one of the best decisions I ever made in life was moving to Nigeria. I’m grateful to God for the timing of my move.”
“The thought of moving didn’t make sense to me at the time but it just felt right & I took the risk. It’s been six years and I couldn’t be happier,” she wrote.
TolaniBaj’s journey in Nigeria has been nothing short of amazing. Born on October 20, 1993 in Chicago, Illinois, she decided to move back to Nigeria in December 2018 to explore opportunities in the entertainment industry. A few months later she got a job with Universal Music Group Nigeria which was a big break for her. This role opened doors for her to network with key players in the industry and establish herself in the media and entertainment space.
But it wasn’t until she participated in the 2020 edition of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) that she got famous. Her time on the show helped her build a huge following and she has since diversified her career to become a DJ, media personality, and social media influencer.
