Woman celebrates her birthday by taking all her village elderly ones for lunch
Malawi philanthropist Mai Mbambande, the founder of Mai Mbambande Foundation in Malawi, has sparked some reactions online following her decision to celebrate the elderly in her village by taking them out for lunch.

“I’ve been planning my birthday celebration for months, and I’m grateful that one wish has been fulfilled today.”
“I took my elderly family out for lunch, and they’re extremely happy – it’s their first time experiencing a day out for lunch. We’re celebrating my birthday in town today and are grateful,” she said.
According to the young lady, the foundation was founded for the elderly with the motto “A Beacon of Hope for the Elderly.”

She made sure they were all looking good by customizing clothes for them, making them comfortable.
Her kind gesture has stirred reactions from people, as many thanked her for making such a decision to celebrate the elderly.
It is also a way of reminding the public how important it is to take care of the elderly.
