“I’m Taking Myself Off the Market” – Kiddwaya Announces Plans to Settle Down in 2025

BBNaija star and billionaire’s son, Kiddwaya says he’s settling down in 2025. He made this announcement on X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, “I’m settling down next year. I’m taking myself off the market.”

This comes after months of speculation about Kiddwaya’s love life. In 2023, it was reported that he had a fallout with his then fiancée, Laura after he confessed to kissing fellow housemate Mercy Eke during the Big Brother Naija All Stars show. Laura unfollowed him on Instagram after that and it was unclear if they made up. He had said after the show that Laura would “come around” but it’s still unclear if they did.

Kiddwaya whose real name is Terseer Kidd Waya is the son of Nigerian billionaire Terry Waya. He became popular during the 5th season of Big Brother Naija in 2020 where his charm and being a billionaire’s son made him a standout housemate. Outside of reality TV, Kiddwaya is an entrepreneur and has been involved in several business ventures including being the CEO of Valley Agricultural And Foods Company and co-founder of AK Exports.

His time in the Big Brother house was also marked with a romantic relationship with fellow housemate Erica Nlewedim. Their on-screen romance was a major talking point but it ended and Erica later said their relationship didn’t work out due to personal differences.
