Nigerian singer Fave has stirred online discussions after expressing her admiration for Ghanaian men, describing them as uniquely attractive and “built different.”
During an appearance on the Okay Africa podcast, Fave was asked about the type of men she finds most appealing.
She responded by stating that she couldn’t give a definitive answer since she hadn’t traveled across Africa to meet different men. However, from her experience, she found Ghanaian men particularly attractive.
“I’m not equipped to answer until I travel to all the African countries and see all the men,” she said with a laugh. “But for now, I honestly have to say Ghanaian men. There’s something about Ghanaian men… they’re built different, they look like gods.”
Her remarks quickly drew attention on social media, igniting mixed reactions. Many Ghanaians welcomed the compliment, with some proudly affirming her statement. Others, however, were curious about what specifically made Ghanaian men stand out in her eyes.
Meanwhile, Nigerian fans playfully questioned why she didn’t give the same recognition to men from her own country. Some fans joked that she might change her opinion if she explored other African nations.
