Nigerian human rights activist Otse Martins, popularly known as Verydarkman, ignited reactions on social media after making a statement targeting popular Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko, who recently gifted herself a brand new luxury G-Wagon car worth over 350 million naira.

Verydarkman, known for his media personality, refused to keep quiet amidst the Etiko’s powerful car. In a video posted by the human rights activist, he cautioned said “Nigerian celebrities, Una don too pressure us.”
Meaning Nigerian celebrities are putting pressure on vulnerable citizens with their continuous extravagant lifestyles. This statement triggered further discussion related to the past rumors surrounding the actress and other female celebrities, especially that of sleeping with men for money.

Fans of Verydarkman stood in his defense, accusing the actress of being into other hidden business that the public is not aware of.
