Davido to host star-studded birthday livestream concert

With a livestream of his much awaited “Davido & Friends Birthday Concert,” three-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated Afrobeats musician and cultural icon Davido elevates his celebration of his 32nd birthday.

Fans worldwide can tune in via Kiswe’s cutting-edge streaming technology on November 21 as it is broadcast live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

Building on the tremendous success of the A.W.A.Y. (Are We African Yet?) Festival the previous year, this event is expected to be a sold-out extravaganza with amazing performances, memorable surprises, and special guest appearances.

Davido solidified his status as a major figure in music worldwide in 2024. The American-born, Nigerian-raised legend, who is frequently referred to as “The King of Afrobeats,” has accumulated over +5 billion streams and over +1.2 billion video views during his 13-year career. Davido, the most popular Afrobeat musician on social media, has led the way in introducing Afrobeats to a global audience.

With the release of his critically acclaimed fourth studio album, “Timeless,” which was +1B streaming, Davido became the first African artist to reach the top of the iTunes Album Chart in 2023.
