Though Burna Boy was the first Nigerian artist to win the Grammy award, despite Davido’s input to Afrobeats, his fans claim he deserves to win a Grammy.
The 30BG fans are in anticipation of their favourite Davido winning the award ahead of WizKid and Burna Boy in the coming award ceremony in February.
Davido’s statement has stirred reactions from music fans across Africa, as some claim the track titled “Sensational” by Chris Brown featuring Davido and Lojay isn’t enough to get a Grammy.
While a few others claim Davido should be given the award considering his collaboration with Chris Brown.
