“Davido, nobody paid you $10 million to perform in India” – Radiogad blasts OBO, accused him of telling lies

Media personality Radiogad ignited controversy after being spotted in a video questioning Afrobeat superstar Davido’s claim of earning $10 million for a performance in India.

In a video posted on the official X ( formally Twitter) handle of Samklef, Radiogad called out Davido, labeling the statement as a lie and demanding proof to back the claim.

Davido, nobody paid you $10 million to perform in India. Stop the lies,” Radiogad said in the clip. He further criticized the singer for what he referred to as “clout chasing,” insinuating that Davido has a pattern of exaggerating his accomplishments to stay in the spotlight.

Davido and clout are 5 and 6,” suggesting an inseparable relationship between the artist and the alleged pursuit of attention. He went on to challenge the singer to produce receipts or other evidence to substantiate the claim.

The video got fans talking with fans and critics taking sides. Supporters of Davido dismissed Radiogad’s comments as unnecessary and an attempt to tarnish the artist’s reputation.

@Jonah – “Why does Radiogad always have something negative to say about Davido? Let the man enjoy his wins.”

@Ezekiel – “Stop the hate senior man. You don’t attract what you hate”. @Amos- “Is OBO too small for $10 million? Nonsense”

Others, however, sided with Radiogad, demanding transparency. @Wisdom – “If he actually got paid $10 million, let’s see some proof. It’s a lot of money for one performance,” @Ambros – fake life wan finish Davido“
