According to “Rolling Stone”, a judge finalized the agreement on February 24, 2025, requiring Tasha K to pay Cardi B in monthly installments over the next five years.

This ruling follows the $4 million defamation judgment Cardi B won in 2022 after suing Tasha K for spreading f@lse claims about her.

While the structured repayment plan does not cover the full amount, Cardi B retains the right to seek the remaining balance after five years.

Additionally, Tasha K has agreed to stop making ‘derogatory, disparaging, or defamatory statements’ about Cardi B or her family on any platform, including her podcasts and social media. However, the ruling does not restrict Cardi B from speaking about Tasha K.

The legal battle began when Cardi B took Tasha K to court over allegations that she made f@lse and damaging statements, including claims that the rapper had h£rpes, used coc@ine, and had worked as a pro$titute. The court ruled in favor of Cardi B, awarding her $4 million in damages.

After losing the case, Tasha K initially appealed the ruling and later filed for bankruptcy in an attempt to ease the financial burden. However, the court upheld its decision, leading to the recent repayment arrangement.
