Asake showed interest in music and arts from a young age and was involved in various cultural activities during his school days. He studied Theatre and Performing Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun State where he got his degree. His theatre background gave him a solid foundation for his music career.

Asake started his music career in 2018 as a backup singer and drummer for several artists.
