Nigerian Afrobeat songwriter and rapper Odumodublvck, in his recent interview with thebeat97.9FM, admitted nobody in the music industry is as real and original as Don Jazzy.

In the interview, Odumodublvck also spoke about how he and other fast-rising artists look up to bigger artists like Wizkid, Davido, Olamide, and Burna Boy and why these artists all look up to Don Jazzy because he is the biggest in the industry.
“Don Jazzy is the king of Afrobeat; in the Nigerian music scene, there’s nobody as original as Don Jazzy,” Odumodublvck said.

He also explained how he reached out to Don Jazzy when he recorded his single titled “ASAMPETE.” He reached out to Don Jazzy for collaboration.
“When I went to meet him in his house, Don Jazzy gave me $10,000 cash!! and he also gave me a verse and said I can take all the royalties,” Odumodublvck.
Don Jazzy’s generosity has really stirred reactions after giving out #100 million naira to human rights activist Verydarkman for his NGO.
