Popular Nigerian Afrobeat singer and songwriter Davido recently released single title “Funds,” the single broke Wizkid’s record for the most streamed song on its first day of release on Spotify. Davido’s new single “Funds” and Awuke hold the top 2 spots on Spotify, pushing Wizkid’s “Kese” to third.

On December 6, 2024, four-time Grammy-nominated global superstar Davido releases his single “FUNDS,” featuring rapper Odumudoblvck and Nigerian pop/soul sensation Chike.

According to chart data, the song has earned over 2.14 million streams in its first full day of release on Spotify.
