2025 MOBO Award Nominees for “Best International Act” Out – Tems, Asake & Tyla Clash

African music shines again at the celebration of the Black Music and Culture prestigious award 2025 MOBO Award. Asake, Ayra Starr, Tems, and Tyla emerge as the only African acts nominated for the 2025 MOBO Awards “Best International Act” category. 

The question of who wins the Best International Act, following other artists nominated as well. Below is the list of artists nominated for the category.

Ayra Starr – Nigeria

Tems – Nigeria

Tyla – South Africa

Nigerian female Afrobeat singer Tems and South African diva Tyla were the only two Africans to bag two nominations, which include the “Best International Act” and “Best African Music Act.”
