EPL: Ruben Amorim Quickly Enters Man United’s Bad Record

Ruben Amorim, a Portuguese football manager made his debut at Manchester United which ended in a bad way with a draw of 1-1 against Ipswich Town.

In the game against Ipswich Town, Man United got a head-start with their player, Marcus Rashford scoring a goal in Ipswich net’s just 81 seconds into the match which gave a bit of a good reputation to Amorim.
Ruben Amorim, the Portuguese coach had become the second permanent manager in the Premier League to score two minutes of their debut in a match. Coach Moyes had achieved this in the year 2002 with Everton.
In spite of this feat, Man United’s performance declined several minutes into the game which earned their current church a very disappointing record in the league.
Apart from that feat, Amorim is also the first permanent United Manager to draw his first game in the Premier League.
Ipswich Town dominated the rest of their match with their striker, Omari Hutchinson scoring in the 43rd minute of the first half which leveled the score against Manchester United.
Omari’s goal has left Manchester United with four wins in a total of 2 games so far leaving the club in the 12th position of the Premier League.
