Human Rights Activist, Harrison goes back to school to pursue a Law degree
A Human Rights Activist, Harrison Gwamnishu decides to go back to school to pursue a law degree. Harrison is popularly known for his fight against injustice and help to humanity.
Recently, Harrison shared the news of his admission into the Delta state University to study Law, which has always been his dream. He said he longs to stand in court one day and provide pro bono representation to those in need. He shared this news on his social media account, which states as follows,
“I am excited to share that my journey to becoming a lawyer has commenced, and I will be attending DELSU. I have made a promise to myself that, regardless of the duration, I will one day stand in court and provide pro bono representation to those in need.
I am grateful to @adeyanjudeji for inspiring me to pursue this career. Watching him secure bail in court for Very Dark Man was a defining moment that led me to return to school. I also appreciate the motivation I received from my lawyer, Favour Ajuebor who encouraged me to take this step.
To my team at Behind Bars Human Rights, thank you for standing by me.” He spoke.
