Victor Osimhen has been predicted to score 30 goals for Galatasaray

Victor Osimhen is well above the Turkish Super Lig, according to prominent columnist Uğur Meleke of the Turkish publication Hürriyet. He predicts that, barring injury and bad luck, the Nigerian striker would score 30 goals for Galatasaray this season.

The prediction, which is quickly gathering traction in the Turkish top flight, was made during Galatasaray’s 3-2 victory over Samsunspor, in which the Nigerian striker not only provided four vital assists but also scored a brace to increase his total for the Turkish champions to eight goals overall.

“If Osimhen does not experience any injury or bad luck, it would not surprise me if he scores 30 goals this season,” Ugor wrote.

The 25-year-old joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli in September and has already made significant contributions, tallying two assists and six goals in as many league games. In three Europa League games, the former Lille player has also scored two goals and dishevelled one assist.

Due to his outstanding performances, he has attracted even more suitors who are hoping to sign him in January. However, the player has committed to playing out the remainder of the loan period at Galatasaray, and a return to Napoli is not certain.

A positive development for Galatasaray, who hope to gain an advantage by raising the transfer fee to €50 million and negotiating with the Chinese bank ISBC for the star player’s transfer fee, is that Napoli is opening the door at €75 million and the player wants to move elsewhere as soon as possible.

Dursun Özbek, the club’s president, recently met with Osimhen and advised him saying “wait for us instead of hurrying. We wish to keep working with you.”

Jose Mourinho, the head coach of Fenerbahce, has stated that he would want to have Osimhen join his team, and Osimhen was recently linked to a move there.

The club is stepping up its efforts to recruit the player, according to Yenisafak, a well-known Turkish publication. its president, Ali Koç, is cited as stating, “Look, I’ve been in office for a while.” I’ve grown from my errors. I am currently attempting to obtain Osimhen’s transfer fee. I’ll try to acquire him, even if I don’t succeed.
