Ngozi Nwosu, a popular actress in the Nigerian film industry, has made it obvious that she would no longer be providing her services to her home state of Abia at no cost. She has expressed her dissatisfaction with the lack of help she got from the state during a critical health crisis that she had in her life.

As a result of a kidney-related ailment, Ngozi Nwosu, who is now 61 years old and is well known for her prominent appearances in iconic Nigerian films and television programs, had a significant health crisis in the year 2012.

She did not get any aid from her home state at this period, and she has not forgotten the lack of support she received from her home state. As she reflected on this experience, she recently gave an interview to Nollywood on Radio, in which Ngozi Nwosu expressed her views and explained the reasons why she has decided not to reply to any calls from the government of Abia state without receiving proper remuneration.

To paraphrase what she had to say about it, “I have personally decided that there is nothing that my Abia State will call me for, and that I would go regardless.” They would pay through their nose for me to go. Arochukwu is a local government area in the state, and I am originally from there.

She went on to explain that her celebrity and professional success were the saviors, as it was a fan who liked her work who came out to the Lagos State Government to seek assistance on her behalf. She said that her sickness was a blessing in disguise.
