Enugu women demand Justice for r@pe and vi0lence by suspected Herdsmen

Hundreds of women from Eha-Ohala in Isi-Uzu local government area of Enugu State has ignited reactions on social media after being spotted carrying a peaceful protest in the state against herdsmen att@cks and ki!!ings in their community.

Eha-Ohala is made of Mgbuji, Umujiove, and Abor autonomous communities. A reliable source revealed that the women, who embarked on the protest by 8:30 am, blocked the Nkalagu-Eha-Amufu-Ikem-Obollo-Afor Federal Highway, calling on the state government to intervene and find a permanent solution to the attrocities going in the state.

The Enugu peaceful protesters condemned the inaction of security agencies, accusing them of protecting the invaders in the community.

They exposed lots of accounts of women being r@ped, beaten, and mutilated by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

In a video clip Celebritynote obtained on Tuesday, the protesting women revealed that their rights have been abused and residents have been stopped from entering their farms, leading to economic hardship and food insecurity.

Our women are being raped by Fulani herdsmen; our husbands don’t go to their farms again.

Our sons don’t go to the farm again. When women go to their farms, they will be beaten and raped by Fulani herdsmen, who also insert a stick inside their private organs,” they cried out.
