The heat is now sparked by Reno Omokri’s recent tweet on X where he called back a tweet made by El-Rufai as far back as Jan 27, 2013.

In the post, while replying one @zebbook, El-Rufai tweeted, “”@zebbook: If Jesus criticizes Jonathan’s govt, Maku/Abati/Okupe will say he slept with Mary Madgalene.”

In calling back the above tweet, Reno Omokri compared the tweet with Deborah Samuel who was stoned to deæth in Sokoto on the account of alleged bl@sphemy.

Reno posited that El-Rufai committed bl@sphemy worse than the accusation that k!lled Deborah Samuel.

Reno challenged that El-Rufai is not a worthy Muslim since he doesn’t have regard for the Islamic prophet, Isa [Jesus]

The post has generated heated slamming reactions from netizens,

Reno is getting madd.
I think you’re now chasing clout”

“El-Rufai don buy market.”

“Dear Reno hold his neck while holding tight to his bulonkos….

“Na only God can settle this fight 🤣😂”

“Why are you trying so hard to tarnish @elrufai’s image.
You can never bet his records.”

“El-Rufai’s blasphemy is on another level.
Kaduna State is regularly praying not to have such as their leader forever again.”

“You’re not different. You’re worse than El-Rufai. All your propaganda won’t work this time. We know who you both are, f!ghting for their belly and not for Nigerians. You want to whip up religious sentiments. M@nipulative and sat@nic.”

“Who told this bastard that Jesus is Isa?
Both of you are birds of same feather. Useless bunch 🙄”

“Reno, I will advice you take it easy”

“If El Rufai becomes president tomorrow, you will still align behind him and be singing his praises.

I don’t take you seriously again.”

The netizens’ bashing on both El-Rufai and Reno is on another level.
