Clout or Credibility? Activist Exposes Alleged Taxi Driver in VDM’s Police Escort Claim
The human rights activist who identifies as @KadunaResident on X and self-acclaimed nationalist, Omotayo Williams has used X handle to unveil the identity of the man who Verydarkman posted to have been a police officer and accompanying him to Jos.
Omotayo Williams wrote,
The man being presented by VDM as a police officer traveling with him is actually Henry, a well-known Taxi Task Force member from Kogi State and a regular driver at Abuja Airport. Show his picture to anyone familiar with the airport, and they will confirm his identity.
This level of clout-chasing undermines credibility and will damage his reputation. Integrity should not be compromised for social media clout chasing.
I wish him the best!”
By this, he challenges the claims of VDM and calls him forward to disprove that the said “police officer” is not a taxi driver.
VDM being a popular media personality with a following of millions of people had received backing from his fan base who still express trust for the situation and believe VDM is in absolute control of the matter while others think he’s pranking Nigerians to distract everyone from real issues that affect public life like the allegedly France Military Base in northern Nigeria
